Pre-paid packages offer a predetermined amount of included hours that can be put towards any of our services. A discount applies to each package, the higher the amount of hours purchased the higher the discount.
For a flat monthly fee we will support and maintain your IT environment. Includes regular site visits, remote control, phone, text, and email support methods. We will continually maintain and optimise your IT systems to help prevent issues before they arise, and to ensure top notch system efficiency and performance.
